There are several ways to get items: Battle Drop Item Room. There might not always be an item drop after a battle. Which items drop are based on the item Chance. Item rooms will always have an item. The item in that room is random and based on the item's Chance. There cannot be two rooms with the same item on the same floor in the dungeon.

Anytime Items

These are the items that can be used at any time; both during a battle or while exploring the dungeon.

Name Discovery Chance Description
Health Injection Battle Drop 40% This is a health booster that can only be used when the player has health below their maximum health. If the player's health is already full, the player is injured (what a twisted society we live in)
Bug Spray Battle Drop 15% If used in the dungeon, battle rooms have no enemies (wears off in 3 rooms). If used in battle, the battle ends (one time use). Excludes boss fights

Battle Items

This type of item can only be used during combat but does not affect how a mini game is played.

Name Discovery Chance Description
Crowd Pleaser Battle Drop 5% Player attack is multiplied by the number of enemies still alive. Only effective for 1 battle.
Fog Machine Item Room 5% A fog fills the room and enemy attacks have a chance to miss. Cooldown: 2 battles.

Mini Game Items

These items are used before or during a mini game. They can affect the way the game is played and depending on the mini game, can make the game harder or easier.

Name Discovery Chance Description
Time Lapse Battle Drop 10% Slows down the timer in the mini game that is currently being played. Can only be used once.
Super Mushroom Item Room 25% Makes the player's avatar in the current microgame larger. Cooldown: 3 rooms.
Golden Egg Item Room 15% Changes the current game into Egg Beater. Cooldown: 2 rooms.
Mini Mushroom Item Room 25% Makes the player's avatar in the current microgame smaller. Cooldown: 3 rooms.
Gambler's Chip Item Room 18% Makes current game harder, but deals additional damage if the player wins. Cooldown: 2 rooms. Does not work if game is already at maximum level

Passive Items

These items are always on and have some sort of effect on the player's actions throughout the game.

Name Discovery Chance Description
Vorpal Sword Item Room 8% 5% chance that winning a microgame will instantly kill a non-boss enemy. Graphically.
Ice Crystal Item Room 10% 15% chance that attacking an enemy will freeze them for 1-3 turns, preventing them from attacking.
Seed of Life Item Room 5% Killing an enemy restores a partial amount of the player's health
Power Strip Item Room 7% Attacking an enemy has a 15% chance to chain the damage to nearby enemies
