Correct public observation claims and CLI lifecycle handling. This release
also includes the BIMI and TLS-RPT declaration fixes prepared for v2.19.10,
which was not published.

Fixed

  • Display Adobe's domain-verification TXT marker as Adobe Admin Console
under Business Apps, including retained results with the old display name.
The token does not identify the organization's IdP or establish SSO or
product use. Keep the adobe-idp slug for compatibility.
  • Require a sole distinct 0 . MX record for a Null MX no-mail declaration.
Conflicting or malformed root targets no longer create that claim or hide
ordinary unclassified mail routes. Raw records and valid provider evidence
    remain available.
  • Honor --timeout for chain lookups, cap each resolution by the remaining
aggregate budget, and retain completed results with explicit truncation.
  • Validate capsule output paths and vantage labels before collection, using
the same output preflight as review bundles and retaining write-time checks.
  • Cancel and join batch workers when task creation fails during streaming
startup. Both batch schedulers close rejected coroutines.
  • Describe lookup-result versus CT caching accurately in help. Corpus help
follows the configured location and identifies fallback files as live input
without assuming that their contents are synthetic.
  • Correct BIMI and TLS-RPT TXT admission for malformed, conflicting and
declined records while preserving protocol extensions and the existing
    no-fetch boundary.

Security

  • Raise the development-only GitPython floor to 3.1.62 for the upstream
submodule path-traversal fix, GHSA-59cr-6r3x-644w. It remains outside the
runtime dependency graph. Refresh the pinned CodeQL actions to v4.38.2.

Tool Surface Changes

  • No commands, flags, MCP tools or schema fields changed. Existing chain
timeout flags now take effect; the default per-domain timeout remains 120 seconds.
