  • Add thin, keyboard-first Omarchy desktop shell integration in integrations/omarchy/
    with asynchronous QML execution, direct argument passing, clipboard safety,
    fail-closed timeout bounding, and baseline drift inspection.
  • Support CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR when resolving user-scoped Claude Code configuration
    paths in recon mcp install and recon doctor --client=claude-code, enabling
    profile isolation and automatic compatibility with Omarchy account switching.
  • Add Linux and Omarchy environment documentation in docs/omarchy-and-linux.md
    covering PEP 668 tool installation, agent launcher integration, terminal rendering
    in Hyprland, and unprivileged DNS resolution.

Tool Surface Changes

  • No CLI commands, flags, schema fields, or MCP tool signatures changed. Added integrations/omarchy/ desktop bar widget and support for CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR configuration resolution.
