Tool surface changes: no CLI command or flag changes.

Added

• One-command macOS/Linux and Windows installation in the README. The helpers
  bootstrap pinned uv and supported Python when needed, preserve an existing
  package-manager owner, configure PATH, and verify the installed version.
• recon doctor checks the latest installable release with a short PyPI timeout
  and suggests recon update when needed. An unavailable version check is a
  warning, and diagnostics never install updates automatically.

Fixed

• recon update advances installer-pinned copies through the same verified
  package manager, using an in-place uv update compatible with Windows. Source
  installs and unverifiable ownership retain manual recovery guidance.
• README and getting-started instructions now include pip install recon-tool,
  update and uninstall paths, and an optional release-tag review workflow.
• The roadmap now reflects shipped work and prioritizes install and update
  quality. Default lookups remain free of the withdrawn fusion notice.
• Consolidated the pending AnyIO 4.14.2 patch into the lockfile and matching
  ClusterFuzzLite runtime export. The wheel also requires the patched minimum
  so upgrades cannot retain an older affected transitive dependency.
• Windows launcher updates now hand off to an isolated background worker after
  the running launchers exit, avoiding executable locks. The command reports
  the local progress and result log instead of claiming premature completion.
• Review output-path access errors now produce a useful diagnostic before
  collection begins.
• CT graph partitions and seed-stability runs now use canonical edge ordering,
  preventing certificate arrival order from changing uncapped results.
• Custom Bayesian models reject duplicate parents and unsafe subnormal
  intermediate products instead of emitting misleading posteriors.
• The README shows its terminal illustration before installation. Correlation
  documentation refreshes measured sensitivity values and clarifies robustness
  radii, continuous boundaries, witness attainment, and valid proof origins.
