Adopt the current GA toolchain, strengthen repository assurance checks, and
refresh the public terminal example.

Changed

  • Adopt Node 26 GA in the typecheck and release jobs, resolving the current
    stable patch rather than waiting for the LTS designation (#240). Python
    3.15.0 remains the development and release default; 3.11 through 3.15 stay
    supported.
  • Refresh the README terminal illustration with the production source-health
    summary and corrected source identifiers. The image and accessible transcript
    are generated together from the same synthetic fixture.
  • Require stale-approval dismissal, resolved review threads and no bypass actors
    in release readiness, matching strengthened live repository controls. Raise
    the SAST regression floor from 7 to 10 after the public sample reaches 10.
  • Prepare evidence-backed OpenSSF questionnaire proposals and clarify the
    external contribution path. Independent review and account-backed badge
    registration remain separate requirements.
