Removed the methods, interfaces, model types, and tests associated with the Community API, since it has been fully retired. Also tidied up some documentation that was still referencing the Community API.
Eliminated the ArgentPonyWarcraftClient.GameData namespace. All the types in the library now share a single ArgentPonyWarcraftClient namespace now.
