Requested by @ChrisAdderley

  • Mass and cost are zero, no resources added
  • What to do with transforms and nodes? Treat them all as disabled? If so, no other module would be able to force them to be enabled.

Current thinking: add a phony, empty subtype to the end of the list, disable all UI, remove that subtype and re-enable the UI when done.
