Mobile views

• Reorganize the files structure for mobile views;
• Can not add the same device twice in the same mobile grid;
• Reimplement the desktop-tablet-mobile identification;
• Dates can only be picked, not typed;
• Scaling now works properly in both touch and mouse based devices;
• Events can now be downloaded (Events History -> Event -> Download [top end]);
• Event Viewer is now horizontal only;
• Only display app bars if the view has a drawer;
• Added missing drawer buttons (there wasn't an obvious way to get out of some screens);
• Adjusted breakpoints;
