1. Fixed all network issues related to syncing.
2. Fixed issue with Bluecoin client taking an excessive amount of system resources to run properly.

Important!
Please be sure to backup your wallet.dat files before running the latest version of BlueCoin!
The wallet directory format has changed to Roaming\Bluecoin\main\wallets so be sure that you are putting your existing wallet.dat's into the new folder!
