Explanation for App Password users for why they can't see their invite codes

If you're using an App Password, you can't see your invite codes. This comes through in the API as 0 invite codes.

I've had many reports for this on Graysky before I disabled the button - many people understandably thought their invite codes had gone missing entirely

Show the invite code button grayed out with a note explaining what happened next to it
