Pasting a image url into the iOS composer creates multiple image attachments

Describe the bug
Pasting image urls into the iOS composer will attach the image, but will attach at least one extra copy.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Copy an image url
2. Open the composer and paste your url
3. The image is attached twice
4. If you change anything in the post's text (including adding more characters or deleting characters in the url), the image will create another attachment until the maximum of 4 is reached as long as the image url remains valid.

Expected behavior

Pasting an image url should attach only once, and remain only once for that url.
