Describe the Feature

Its frustrating when filling in moderation reports especially for impersonation and we have to type in a username - when we tag people in normal posts their name auto completes . i would like this same auto complete behavior carried over to reporting

ideally - when we report a user - in the description if we could auto complete tagging people when we use the @ symbol - similar to how we compose a post.
