[Starter Packs] Error when changing description

Steps to Reproduce

Try to change the description of an existing starter pack - it allows you to proceed, but throws an "failed to create starter pack" error after clicking through the people and feeds tab

Fwiw, I can't recreate this on MacOS or iOS

Reproduces for me on every time on MacOS (Safari & Chrome).

Furthermore: when doing the following sequence:

1. Select: edit the starter pack
2. Edit the description text, press next
3. Choose one more account from the list, press next
4. Do not add feeds, press skip

The error message "failed to create starter pack" is shown, but the account selected in phase 3. is added to the list and is showing in the starter pack. However, the description text is not changed.
