Add Account Creation Date to profile

I would like the ability to see account creation date added to user profiles.

Considering so many accounts are also currently new, it can be a quick additional way to help identify if an account is authentic or an impersonation.

Alternative could be on hover mouse over the profile picture, but that would not work on mobile devices

Not against this, it's just a little challenging to do in a reliable way because people can make their own servers and lie about the date, so we have to sort out "creation date according to whom?" It might be something we could yolo for now and fix up later but that's why we haven't done it thus far.
