This release fixes some minor regressions introduced in v0.8.5.0, adds a couple of additional features and usability improvements. Ah, and changes the name of the suite to "geoblocker-bash".

Highlights:

• After installation, the *manage script is now accessible by simply typing "geoblocker-bash", as the *manage script becomes the main user interface.
• running 'geoblocker-bash status' now also reports on the active cron jobs
• in all scripts where action can be specified, actions are now processed separately from options, must always come as the first argument and don't require the preceding '-a' option switch any longer. So for example, instead of 'geoblocker-bash -a add', now use 'geoblocker-bash add'.
