This is a minor release, mainly intended to remove the requirement for grepcidr as a pre-requisite for installation. grepcidr is still needed for the check_ip_in_ripe.sh script but that script is not essential for the suite to function, so I decided to not require it for installation.
Also the readme file has been updated.
