Python-scripts to analyze old and new values before new publication.

requirements:

pandas

How-to-use: add file to folder where the following files/folders have been created

old > shall contain the excel files that had been published on the blw-site: https://www.blw.admin.ch/blw/de/home/markt/marktbeobachtung/eier.html
new > shall contain the csv-files extracted from MARS containing the new data
output > folder where the resulting txt-file will be created
