Party Mode issue

My team ran into an issue with BMAD's Party Mode:

When a user selects [p] Party-Mode at a template-output checkpoint during a BMAD workflow, the party mode discussion runs but the ask block is consumed — the LLM auto-advances to the next substep without re-presenting the menu. This means the user never explicitly reviews the generated content or consciously selects [c] Continue.

What needs to happen

Summary of what changes:

1. Menu text — add [r] Review current step option
2. [p] handler — add second <action> instructing re-display and menu loop after party-mode exits
3. New [r] handler — re-displays section content and loops back to menu

hmm - this could be due to multiple things such as llm overrun of context, model selection. this is hard to get consistent in the current implementation.

A change coming to all workflows is to pull out the A and P selection from the menu items, as they are always available at any time by invoking the skill. the decoupling should help with these issues - most workflows instead will just start by reminding users that they can run the prty mode or advanced elicitiation at any time
