There is a simple program called docgen to demonstrate proof of concept. Eventually this will turn into the static doc generation tool.
This is a little cleaner as subprocesses will have the default LUA_PATH set. This is probably the right thing, especially for projects written in Lua that rely on LUA_PATH being set.

Work on autogeneration of docs is far from finished. But in creating the new
docgencommand I have made some key code refactors. Most important being the creation of the github.com/bmatsuo/lark/project package that centralizes all the initialization for finding tasks, modules, etc. It should be developed independently of doc generation from here on out.
