Feature-req:- Syntax highlighter Like Iterm2 trigger option or SecureCRT color highlight

Hi Team,

Is it possible to add a feature to highlight or trigger a color highlight just like we have in iterm2 or secureCRT for some keywords. This feature is really very very useful in reading or working on terminal to highlight the keywords. I hope this feature get added in upcoming releases.
