Small cleanup around sign-in, release notes, and checks.

Changes

  • First sign-in has a brief privacy and terms acknowledgement
  • OAuth redirects leave a cleaner URL after sign-in
  • Check logs find GitHub Actions jobs more consistently
  • Check output is quieter by default
