This adds different model capabilities to the mouse/tablet emulation, allowing different HID Report Descriptors to be used. One of these models uses a deliberately irregular Report Descriptor to allow testing of a Guest's Report Descriptor Parser.
This also fixes a small issue with Control Transfers and short packet detection.
