A script for a parsing zipped directory of vcf files (from an Ion Torrent run) to a genotype format for Cervus. Script uses Gooey to generate a simple GUI for use. No command-line arguments required. Just provide input zip filepath and output (.csv) filename. Output is saved to same directory as input.
