Comments not working after upgrading to 25.05

Describe the Bug

I'm Admin user and now cannot save any comments on any page.
Can input text in the box, the 'save comments' button can be click. But not any response after clicking the button.
This issue started after upgrading to 25.05

Steps to Reproduce

Open any page
Enter text in the comments
Click save comments button

Expected Behaviour

A comment should be saved but nothing happens.

my bad, didn't run the following command after upgrading:
php artisan migrate
php artisan cache:clear
php artisan config:clear
php artisan view:clear
