Embedded Linux labs: upgrade bootstrap and bootloader

- The 2017 U-Boot version was getting embarassing. This also allows to demonstrate recent features in U-Boot - The new default offsets for U-Boot env and backup env are now consistent with the U-Boot size. No more need to shrink U-Boot. - Updated the NAND flash offsets that we use (U-Boot is using more space) Signed-off-by: Michael Opdenacker <michael.opdenacker@bootlin.com>
