I believe it was designed to take point cloud straight out of pix4d, but
since that was an ancient version of pix4d it may have changed. Also, I
would guess that you'll need to make sure you click the setting that gets
pix4d to output a single point cloud file instead of multiple files, but I
can't remember how the code was written.
