rename "default profile" to "default" #116

The out of the box install of vorta creates archive names like:

<hostname>-default-profile-<timestamp>

2 small issues with that:

i don't think a profile name should contain the word "profile" as this gets already clear from the context (also: greetings from the "department of redundancy department")
the profile name contains same separator as is also used to separate hostname and timestamp: -
