Release Summary

The main change in this release is the refinement of the processing of bank statements to accommodate a Halifax current account opening balance anomaly. Checks & Balances were failing because the difference between opening and closing balances on a Halifax statement do not match the balance movement of transactions. Strangely, the opening balance on a Halifax current account is the balance at the END of the first date covered by the statement, rather than the balance at the beginning of that first day. The opening balance of one month doesn't match the closing balance of the prior month. This release handles this problem by re-calculating the opening balance by taking the closing balance (which is correct), and adjusting it by the balance of transactions.
