Play session (user-initiated) — follow-up to the validation above. Same build, host and folder as the report above. Run: Result
Frames and drawsGBP frame counter finished at 7,429.
Memory: device-local Honesty noteThe wall span (boot artifacts 09:40, last log write 09:56) exceeds the ~250 s of present/draw summaries; the log has no timestamps, so longer idle/menu or file-load portions with no presents and no draws can't be separated from a paused window. Present/draw texture-cache cadences sum exactly to the 62 summary lines, and nothing presented nothing-drawn by definition, so only the non-summarised stretch is uncertain — the gameplay the player experienced is the intervals above. First bring-up report for Silt (PPSA03306) — converted, booting to steady rendering, no crash.
Reported in the "Reporting a result" order from GAME_TESTING.md.
1. Build
mainat2dc8e456b5(Merge pull request feat(libSceNet): implement sceNetShowPolicy #8225), with one local libc change on top: three commits ending at98f2ed71f5(branchfeat/libc-thrd-id) implementing_Thrd_id. This title never imports it (no reference to NIDnp6xXcXEnXEin the conversion's import registries), so plainmainat that commit reproduces the result.libs relinker(Linux).2. Title
Silt, PPSA03306, content version 01.003.000 (own dump:
eboot.bin,sce_module/,Media/app0 files, PlayGo metadata present).3. Host
Selected GPU name=AMD Radeon 680M (RADV REMBRANDT) vendor=0x1002 device=0x1681 subgroup=644. Command and environment
Conversion recipe (Unity layout — modules ship in
app0/Media/Modulesandapp0/Media/Plugins, notsce_module/):The whole working run folder (
app.elf,libs/,app0/with the guest modules,shader_cache/) stays on the local machine outside the repository (dumps and run folders are not committed); run command:APS5_PLAYGO_UNLISTED_CHUNKSneeded (PlayGo metadata in the dump; no unlisted-chunk stall)./dev/udmabufopen fails with Permission denied → shared memory falls back to copies and write-watch probe is unknown (imported ranges compared); give the user read-write access to/dev/udmabuf(e.g. kvm group) to improve that.setarch -Rused). Keyboard/mouse input active, no controller connected.5. How far it got
Boots through Unity player initialisation (
unity default resourcesopened), all relinked guests load (Il2CppUserAssemblies.prx,PS5Util.prx, the sevenMedia/Pluginsmodules), reaches steady rendering and runs until thetimeoutkill at 60 s. No crash, no FATAL report. The run below ended by the timeout, so the log tail is kill-time teardown (StorageTexture writebacklines), not a failure.Last 200 log lines
6. Frames per 10 s and memory budget
[present]summaries, in run order (0 dropped in all intervals):So roughly 60 FPS early, settling near 44 FPS. Shader
recompilecost visible on first dispatches, then ~2 180 dispatches/10 s with cache hits.Memory budget:
[gpu] sampled texture cache budget 6384 MiB: device-local heap 1 has a VK_EXT_memory_budget budget of 10423 MiB and uses 54 MiB, 0 MiB of it sampled textures (0 MiB in the cache) and 8 MiB cached storage images; storage image cache budget 5213 MiB(frame 666).7. Runs
Media/Modulesguests missing, both Unity modules failed to dlopen. Included as a data point for the module-placement rule below, not of the final build.timeoutkill, no crash.8. Date
2026-10-25.
Notes for whoever picks this up
<path>, AnyPS5 prefers an existing file at<path>and only falls back to<path>.guest.prxwhen the original is absent (General.cppPathOrRelinkedModule). Soapp0/Media/Modules/andapp0/Media/Plugins/must contain only the*.prx.guest.prxfiles — do not also copy/symlink the original SELF files there, or the loader picks the invalid original. All reactions
