Status: on main, the launcher aborts 8 s in, after the first menu press, on an fcntl of a descriptor the guest never opened. With #12474 it runs past that: the launcher menu and its settings tabs follow pad input, and it reports "No disc image found". I have no disc image, so nothing past the launcher has been tried.
