Tekken.8-PPSA10595
Content version tested
01.009.001
AnyPS5 commit
Latest release (v0.1.4) or newer main branch.
System tested
Windows 11, Intel Xeon E5-2673 v3, NVIDIA Quadro P1000 (Driver: 32.0.15.xxxx or your current version).
Furthest point
Stops before the first frame
What is shown
The game boots, initializes Vulkan, creates the swapchain, and begins shader compilation. However, it crashes to desktop with a black screen before rendering any actual frames.
Current blocker
Current blocker
[videoout] presentation failed: AGC graphics: device does not support mesh shaders followed by a fatal abort.
Note: I have set the environment variable APS5_NO_MESH_SHADER=1, and it is active (confirmed via echo). However, the game still throws this error. The Quadro P1000 is a Pascal architecture GPU which lacks native mesh shaders and fragment shader barycentrics. It appears the tessellation/compute-pass fallback (from PRs #9356 / #9387) is either not triggering correctly on Pascal hardware or is missing from the current build.
How it was run
Unwrapped eboot.bin and converted using: relinker-v0.1.4.exe --windows --to-intel eboot.elf app.exe
Placed param.json in app0/sce_sys/ and created an empty uecommandline.txt in app0/.
Cleared the shader_cache folder.
set APS5_NO_MESH_SHADER=1
