Title
Contra: Operation Galuga (PPSA15368)
Content version tested
01.000.003, from
sce_sys/param.json.AnyPS5 commit
Production main
73f4f7e06e4f210a8c6570e335fd654dc0a86134; actual compiled bank59fbec354b5c886294a043268be63f4724e04919adds only a GuestMemory test fixture. No optional production PR or game-byte patch. This is not a run of #6321's production change. The intervening main474 changes are test infrastructure only.System tested
Arch Linux x86_64, kernel 7.2.11-arch1-1, GCC 16.2.1, Release; AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT (RADV NAVI23), Mesa 26.2.6-1.
Furthest point
Menu. A later debugger diagnostic renders an island scene after Start; controllable gameplay has not been verified.
What is shown
The title/main menu renders readable text and responds to input. The observed menu FPS counter is around 60; this is not a gameplay or performance comparison. Story Mode → New Game → Normal → Bill → Start can be selected. Audio and PS5 visual fidelity have not been qualified.
Current blocker
Intermittent first-stage loading stall / guest allocator crash: #14052. That issue contains the distinct native and debugger observations and full logs. A later debugger run advances into the island scene and closes normally; it does not establish a fix or stability. No required fix PR has been identified yet, and #14042 is not claimed to unblock this title.
How it was run
Unwrapped executable and all 16 shipped modules; relink with
--registry --no-patches --linux-fixed-base 0x400000 --module-dir Media/Plugins --module-dir Media/Modulesand the matching SDK rpath. Independent writable runtimes/saves; original extracted assets unchanged.VK_DRIVER_FILES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/radeon_icd.json,ANYPS5_GPU='AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT',APS5_HOST_IMPORT_MIB=16384,ANYPS5_NO_SHADER_CACHE=1,MESA_SHADER_CACHE_DISABLE=true. The harness temporarily used udmabuf size limit 16384 MiB, restored to 64. Native launches serialized on the Linux GPU. Detailed commands and per-run limits are in the linked issue.Menu/island screenshots, raw logs and qualified observations; SHA-256
