Currently using Angular v8, while v12 is already available.
For dynamic translation @ngx-translate/i18n-polyfill is used, while since Angular 9 @angular/localize should also support it. (needs to be tested)

Unfortunatly angular/localize is not fully ready: angular/angular#36714, but mostly usable: https://blog.ninja-squad.com/2019/12/10/angular-localize/
