Implement basic support for off-mesh links. This will only support basic links between the same or adjacent tiles.

The only options that will be supported are:

  • pathing weight
  • bi-directional vs uni-directional

Make sure the storage for links is extensible so future features can be added without breaking compatibility.

- Handle navigation through off-mesh connections.
- Render the line that cross a link with a different color.
- Improved nav line shader.
- Improved debug ui.
