Refactor: Restructure the project and update dependencies

  • Enable passing text via standard input.
  • Remove unnecessary .idea configuration files and .DS_Store.
  • Add .envrc to .gitignore to manage environment variables.
  • Update the project version to 1.2.0 in pyproject.toml.
  • Change the rich dependency to version 13.9.3 and add the typer dependency.
  • Introduce pre-commit configuration for code quality checks using ruff.
  • Refactor the main application logic to use Typer for the command-line interface.
  • Move constants to the text2NATO package structure.
