Page error when searching from google homepage

Getting page error when searching from google homepage. Seems to be related to CR103.

Steps to reproduce

1. Clean Install
2. Navigate to Google homepage
3. Search terms in google search field or select one of the trending searches

Nightly 1.41.59, Chromium 103.0.5060.42

Website problems only

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields?
• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Rewards?
• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome?

Clean Profile:

• Confirmed searching on google homepage show results page and doesn't display error page
• Confirmed user is able to search using key words in the search fields and will show results page
• Confirmed user is able to select the suggested trending to search on google homepage

Upgraded Profile:

• Confirmed existing google homepage search results in open tabs are not broken when upgrading from 1.39.x
• Confirmed post upgrade search results are displayed from google homepage searches
