Add search button doesn't resize correctly when moving between text fields

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install 1.26 build
2. Visit GitHub and open search to bring up keyboard
3. Add GH as a search engine so add search button becomes disabled
4. Use Up/Down arrow keys to move between text fields
5. Disabled add search button gets resized incorrectly
