I've had this happen on 0.19.x before at least once... closing and relaunching fixed it for me @LaurenWags has this happened to you more than once? |

This was causing an error to be thrown for every subsequent action, and no more state updates to be sent to windows, resulting in multiple issues. It was also causing an error dump to be generated upon every action, thus halting the browser at those times, including any audio/video (and creating stutters). Fix #13079 (main test case with STR) Fix #12333 Fix #12828 Fix #13157 Address #13087 but this is a broad issue - this change will fix a hard issue, whereas that refers to general slowness.

Description
After using version 0.20.20 for some time my new tabs started showing up as blank (they're set to display the Dashboard per about:preferences) and the about:brave page didn't show information.
Steps to Reproduce
Actual result:
New tab does not display dashboard, about:brave does not display information:
Note: restart resolves this issue.
Expected result:
New tab should display per about:preferences (in my case show Dashboard) and about:brave should contain information.
