stackcollapse-perf.pl: Use event period to count folded stack #289

This perf command [1] using frequency can get a relatively
stable size of sample data, while the event period is dynamically
adjusted by kernel.

The sample number can not reflect true percentage of event
occurence, so period should be involved.

[1]: perf record -F 99 -a -g -- sleep 60
