Request to add jaxngp to tyro's README.md

I hope you're doing great! I wanted to take a moment to say how awesome the tyro library is. I've been using tyro in my project jaxngp where I replicated instant-ngp in JAX, and it's works really nice. I was wondering if you would be open to the idea of including a link to my project in tyro's README.md, I think it could be a nice addition.

Thanks for the nice note; really glad that the library is working for you.

jaxngp looks like really solid work and possibly even useful for some things that I've been thinking about — I went ahead and added it to the README.
