Possible to round the temperature value presented in the weather card? #79

It seems as though the code is written to round temperature sensor values to 1 digit but as you can see in the screenshot, SmartWeather presents 2 digits (Mayberry). I included an example of the default weather station in Home Assistant (Seattle). I don't mind editing the python files directly but am not sure where this value is coming from.

I think the number of decimals, vary for each Weather Integration you find. I will look at making it selectable for how many decimals, we put behind, as I also know that different people have different preferences, so just removing it, might not be the right choice for all.

This is now fixed in the 2.2.10 release, which is available on HACS.
