Is it possible to run this on Windows?

npm ERR! code EBADPLATFORM npm ERR! notsup Unsupported platform for proxrox@1.12.0: wanted {"os":"darwin,linux"} (current: {"os":"win32","arch":"x64"})

AFAIR you can run proxrox on Windows using WSL.
