Discovered on the MCBOAT crafted save file. Need to test this in a somewhat more organic way, as it may just be because of the crafted file; there does not seem to be any obvious reason for the speech to stutter here.

Rather than saying “Treble Docks: A ship is here, going to Port Lion. Want to go?” we get something more like “eh. ah. ah.”

Also seems to occur for the earlier form of this signpost, when there is no ship yet, at least from the PTLION crafted save file.

Affected signposts/NPCs:

  • Treble Docks (whether or not a ship is present)
  • Spiral Woods entrance
  • Tunnel lady
  • Tunnel closed sign
  • Sign on Mt Peshon road

Unaffected:

  • Treble docks dude
  • Responses to inquiry on Treble Docks when a ship is present
  • Responses to inquiry by tunnel lady
