Not sure if this one is useful to anyone else, but here are some changes to allow request modification.
Only really useful when building a custom app rather than using the existing CLI tool, but it really saved me for a project where Squid & ICAP just wasn't working - and honestly, using this project as a starting point was SOOO much easier - wish I'd saved myself the nearly a week it took before finding it!
