Twitch Vs Minecraft version 1.4.2

• Added !dropall - drops all the player's items.
• Added !glass - spawns glass around the player.

• The mod is now working again! I made a stupid mistake in the 1.4.0 update that broke the entire mod, which is now fixed. Other bugs have also been fixed.

• There is now a configuration menu! Go to mods -> Twitch Vs Minecraft -> Config to see it!
• Generated javadoc documentation.
