Currently, when some things fail due to the goclean.sh script doing code checking on pull requests, it is not currently always obvious why it failed. This should be improved so the submitter of the pull request can more easily identify why it failed.

This commit makes the goclean script print every line it is executing so
any failures are more obvious where they're coming from.
