CRAWL - Chado Restful Access Webservice Layer

Herein lies a server built on Ropy (which itself strings together 
CherryPy, Cheetah and psycopg2), allowing rapid prototyping 
of chado-related queries. 

Requires Python 2.5+, or Jython 2.5.1.
