Busy beta mobile version unable to submit a post because of overlapping scroll icon "⬆️"

Expected behavior

User must be able to submit a post after clicking on the "post" icon at the bottom right of the post creation page.

Actual behavior

User is unable to submit a post or unable to click on the "post" icon because of the "scroll to top ⬆️" icon overlapping with the "post" icon.

How to reproduce

1 To reproduce this bug open Chrome browser and browse busy.org and sign in.
2 Then click on the editor icon at the top besides the search icon.
3 It will take you to post creation page. Then write a post with title tag and body.
4 Then to submit the post scroll all the way down and at the very bottom right you will see the "post" icon. Click on the icon to submit your post.
5 Note that user will face the bug that after clicking on the "post" icon "scroll top" icon will appear or after scrolling down "scroll top" icon appears immediately and overlap with the "post" icon so that the user can't submit the post.
