Clarified Byrne Reese's contributions to the PromoteThis! plugin.
Fixed an improperly indented code block, which should allow the README.md file to display properly on Github.
Made a couple of changes to the headings at the bottom of README.md, for consistency with other README.md files that After6 Services is maintaining.
Reformatted the section listing the Template Tags, so that each would appear on its own line in README.md.

The credits are easily listed in the Authorship section of README.md. So I did it that way.
I also cleaned up the Usage section, so that the Template Tags and Example displayed properly.
