Migration integrity: byte-canonical migration 17 restored (fixes the 0.7.1
upgrade failure 'Migration 17 does not match its recorded checksum'); v17-only
dual-lineage checksum reconciliation heals both 0.7.0-lineage and 0.7.1-lineage
databases automatically; committed evaluated-tuple checksum manifest; published-
predecessor replay gate (#214).

Operators stuck on the 0.7.1 startup failure: update to 0.7.2 — no manual
database repair needed.
